Spotify has a "Won't Fix" section on their website where they mark some reported issues by customers as "won't be fixed"Customers pay for the service and Spotify decides to fix only the selected bugs by themselves. The customers are completely ignored and left alone but of course, they do not hesitate to charge you full price every month.
