Got a voucher for one country on vacation. Can't be redeemed because it was bought on another country. After spending over 1 1/2 hours with customer service they offered one month of premium to "make for the loss". They say they can't fix it. So I closed my account and all my family's. Go to another streaming service. A company that does not value customers is a company not worth dealing with.
