happy with customer service

I recently cancelled my subscription with Spotify (as I have been with them for 7 years and wanted a change), however I was still charged the usual monthly fee. I got in touch with them via live chat where they advised I was apparently still on premium, after explaining that I cancelled through a PC they refunded me the amount. First time ever it’s taken me less than half hour to get a refund with no faffing about. Kinda feel bad about leaving now. The Member of staff was lovely
