Extremely difficult process to cancel…

Extremely difficult process to cancel premium. I feel like I've canceled premium at least 4 times and I still get charged. There is no customer service. It's extremely convoluted with the payment and canceling process, like they trick you into thinking you've completed the process when you haven't. They steal your money.
