Spotify support is a joke tried getting reimbursed for a payment taken out the day I canceled my wifes service and it was already paid up for another week or so. But needless to say it all of a sudden happens within and hour of canceling. Tried going through support and all I got was the run around for 4 days I will never use or recommend them again don't trust them with you account info
