5 months later and I still continue to pay £16.99 per month for a spotify subscription on an account that belongs to my ex partner, spotify won't deal with me as in not the account holder, I have asked my ex to delete my card details of his account with no success, I have changed my debit card, I have asked by bank to refuse the payment but they still manage to take money out of my bank every month for a service Im not even using, what do I do next change banks altogether, it's ridiculous it really is
