Poor quality audio

Constantly pushing products such as podcasts that are available elsewhere (for free) instead of focusing on music which is what most people signed up for. High quality audio (CD quality or better) is now being offered by Qobuz, Tidal, Apple!, Deezer and Amazon. Despite Spotify promising to deliver HiFi quality by the end of 2021 it still hasn't been implemented as we approach the end of 2022!
