Every time I try to play a playlist or album, it plays random tracks not on the list/album. When writing their support team in Messenger, I’m asked to go through an extensive process of cache-clearing, reinstalling the app and restarting my device. This then solves the problem for 5 or 6 days and the it’s back to random music. When paying for a Premium account, I expect to at least be able to decide what music to hear. What happened to you? You used to produce one of the coolest, most groundbreaking products out there. Please fix this mess!
