Absolute WORST customer service ever! No one there has the vaguest clue about anything. On three separate occasions now I’ve had precisely the same nonchalant, can’t be arsed attitude - over written ‘chat’ messages I hasten to add, as clearly it’s too much of an effort to speak to people over the phone. I actually got a headache this morning, going round in circles trying to explain to several people, a reasonably simple tech problem which a grand total of none of them managed to grasp. I’m a 58 year old grandmother and I understood more of what I was trying to explain than any of them did! I was even offered a month’s refund as a ‘one off courtesy’ which was then then retracted after I accepted!!! Absolutely clueless. The staff need proper training - even a small amount of training would be a start. I’d say I’m amazed they manage to navigate to work every day, but the way things are going these days, they’re more than likely holed up under a duvet at home troughing Doritos.
