Absolutely unacceptable to NOT honor a gift card that someone purchased for me. How is this company okay with scamming peeps outta their cash. Just because I already have a premium account (yes, and spent not a small amount of money each and every month to have this service).... I am not looking for free anything, only to add the funds already paid to the company to my account and let the balance work down each month. It is too simple and means they do not get the opportunity to continue to scam folks. How many gift cards go unused because of this idiotic "policy". How in this day of tech can they not figure out how to add the monetary value to your account? They would rather have people leave their platform than honor a gift. A gift they tell me I cannot use. They suck and I guess pretty much do not care about the consumer. Pretty crummy.
