Spotify ( " For Artist Section") has become a nightmare for the small artist ( MILLIONS of them .... the same people who pay monthly SUBSCRIPTIONS to them and increase their wealth) . I had one of my songs DELETED by Spotify as they wrote to my Distributor that a Playlist provider used "bots" (fake plays) to boost my song's plays . Did I know about this ? .......No ! .....So why don't they just NOT pay the royalties for that particular song if they think it's bots rather that delete the song ??? Total madness .... More Spotify madness to come with " Penalties" and other stuff for the small guy (they won't do that to Major Record Labels) ........ now watch how Millions of small artists (who are their subscribers too) will WALK away from these Gestapo tactics. I'm close to quitting myself - plenty of other stuff ( Apple Itunes , Deezer etc) about !! " Last straw " about to come up Spotify ??
