Very disappointed with the customer support. With the new launch of the audiobooks there was an error which caused the chapters of the books to shuffle into random order.This problem caused my listening listening time to be used up without me being able to listen to my audio book in order as intended.Spotify said they knew there was a problem and they were looking into it to fix it. They accepted that their problem was unacceptable. But to rectify it they would be able to do anything.I said reinstating my listening time would help. They said no its £10 to buy more listening time.You're joking! I said, you want me to pay you?!Yes if I intend to keep on listening I would need to buy more listening time.I asked to speak to a manager and after 2and a half hours explaining the problem and what solution would be right, the manager decided to take the side of his employee and not give me more listening time and I would have to pay to listen any longer or wait until my allowance renewed next month!Disgusting customer support 😡
