I thought this would be the answer to my music listening problems! What an expensive way to find out it isn't! Random songs inserted in to my choices. I listened less and less. £11 per month for an unpleasant listening experience is really not worth it. Cancelled my subscription and bought a CD player to play the music I actually love. I have just noticed that they are replying to these comments by asking people to message their team on X or Facebook!! Another big no! Your customer service team should deal with it and deal with it professionally.
