I wanted to change planholder and after 7 hours messaging their service on two separate occasions, I was unable to get any accurate useful help or advice how to do this? Probably the worst customer service experience ever. So disappointing for a company that has a good product to offer. They really need to up their game with regards to helping the customer. Finally sent a survey on my experience which arrived after it had expired! Hence my review on here. Alteady made a complaint to Spotify.
