I don't know why it has such low rating! Honestly, Spotify has been amazing for me. I love personalizing my playlists, podcasts; getting recommendations; and, being able to download the playlist for when I travel by car and have no signal for wifi. I haven't had any glitches or fails. The price seems fair as well, especially the family one. We've all been enjoying it.
