Such a crap company. If I didn’t have all my own playlists there, I would already leave. At first they tried to make payment one time at 2AM when I was sleeping, which didn’t work because I store my money in Revolut vaults to have better overview over my finances. After this, they blocked my premium account and thus all my downloaded tracks disappeared from the memory. I woke up willing to pay it manually and discovered this. I have several thousand tracks and paid extra 30€ for the internet data to be able to download those tracks on the airport, all for nothing. You owe me money.Second thing is that with my second account, Spotify wants to constantly charge me and until now, I couldn’t even access this account to cancel it because their links for reseting password are not working and 9 out of 10 I don’t receive them.
