UNBELIEVABLY BAD SERVICE

My father has a monthly subscription with Spotify and is now in a care home with dementia. I have been trying to cancel the subscription but I do not know his log in details. Unbelievably they will only cancel it if I can log on to his account. So at the moment in a time of stress and worry I’ve been told my father has to continue the monthly payments until he dies !!!!!! This is unacceptable ……. No resolve given to me !!
