Absurd that you can't speak to a human when you have a problem or need assistance. I was sent to 5 different agents during my customer service, forcing me to explain my situation over and over. It took well over an hour, and my problem really wasn't resolved. Someone stole my credit card number, and spotify only refunded the last charge, rather than the multiple-months of charges that they said they would. So now I am losing out on a lot of money because I'd rather take the loss than deal with the customer service chat again! I've used spotify for years but am seriously looking into apple music. This was such a horrendously bad experience.
