I like the music platform but unfortunately I rate it 2 star. I recently had a duo package and canceled it and purchased a family package. After that unfortunately I could not add any of my family members to it as it was claiming that each person can only be added to a package only ONCE a year. This doesn't make any sense. I want to be able to add my family members to the package that I purchased and I can't.
