The phone number for Spotify provided adjacent to a charge on American Express must be some sort of joke. In an hour on hold, the only people who came on the call were OTHER CUSTOMERS trying to reach the company! It is almost as if Spotify is trolling anybody foolish enough to question a charge. Disgraceful.
