COULD NOT REFUND TICKET FOR COVID 19 WORKER

This airline is disgusting!!! They should be ashamed of themselves and I won’t be done until I have been satisfied! Taking advantage of people during a crisis in our country is despicable!I have worked for a laboratory since day 1 of covid. Processing and testing specimens to help you despicable people and you take my money because I cannot leave my job to travel?? I had no choice but to cancel twice so for that you take my money!!!! And then tell me you hope I’ll fly your airline in the future!!! Are you kidding me! Your selfish and cheap!!!! I am not done by a long shot. I hope you never lose anyone to Covid because someone like me chose vacation over testing someone you love!!!! Your a disgrace!!! I will continue to post this wherever I have to so people like you know how rotten you really are. You are a perfect example of what is wrong with this world!! I hope my lousy few bucks feel good in your pocket!
