Pros:
-Ingenious website.
-Payment system is extremely smooth. Much, much quicker than any of the older ticketing companies.
-Now defunct Detour offshoot was an absolute blast.
Cons:
-Uneasy feeling showing up to a gig without paper tickets initially, though you get over this!
-Songkick could be a great tout deterrent, but they lack the scale to be the exclusive vendor for events, so touts stock up through Stargreen, Seetickets etc.
