Great service

I accidentally had my tickets sent to an old address and wouldnt pick them up in time. Having had this happen before and then being unable to attend a gig, I was relieved when Annabel helped to cancel the tickets and arrange for new ones to be collected at the venue box office.

Very happy, so quick and easy.
