Refusing refund for somebody else's name put on our tickets

Songkick is refusing to refund our tickets after a random person's name was on our tickets at the venue. This was obviously a huge surprise to us. The name on our credit card used to purchase the tickets wasn't anywhere near the name on the tickets so the venue refused to give us the tickets. This is fraud and it's criminal. We tried to get a hold of them at the venue but the only means necessary is to contact them through email. They responded to us by email refusing to refund us the next day. This is ridiculous and unprofessional. There should be some way to contact this company in an emergency other than email. This is obviously an attempt to avoid confrontation and to deter customers from contacting Songkick by making it at as difficult as possible. Any other service, i.e. Ticketmaster or Stubhub, a real professional service, would have solved this immediately. There's an expectation of professionalism when you give your money to a company like this. This is a matter of FRAUD and Songkick is refusing to take responsibility in this criminal matter. I demand to be contacted by phone or given a refund immediately. Avoid using Songkick at all costs unless you enjoy being treated like scum.
