Having problems getting my tickets for …Adele

Having problems getting my tickets for the Adele concert next Wednesday. Have been told tickets have been dispatched even though I have not received a confirmation email to that effect as promised by this website. I am supposed to be able to track my order via Royal Mail!After contacting customer support team if I don't receive my tickets by Friday I need to contact them. They will then invalidate the tickets and I can pick them up at the box office on the day. From looking at the reviews I notice that someone else has been promised the same!! Smell a rat?! I do!!
