Really BAD experience, did not get tickets

It was a really BAD experience and it already started with buying the ticket via Songkick. Which eventually turned out not to deliver/mail/send our tickets we already paid for. Due to the extremely bad weather (snow) it was not possible to come to the show in Antwerp.In other cases it would have been possible to sell my ticket via TicketSwap but as I did not receive any tickets I could not offer my tickets as I needed to collect them at the box-office with my id on the eve of the show.So I paid for tickets I did not get and did not even see any show.
