Received message that transaction…

Received message that transaction failed twice asking to re enter all details again on 3rd attempt got confirmation of purchase. Then 30 min later noticed my card was charged 3 times. On their website it says NO REFUNDS. Had to fill in online complicated and not straight forward request. Then clumsy reply with refunded. Not a minimum regret or apologies. Will go miles around to avoid them using anymore.
