Terrible experience - they claimed to offer a "free trial", but they charged my credit card, and refused to issue a refund because, according to their system, my account was not on a free trial. Whose fault is that, Shutterstock? At one point they promised to offer a refund, but nothing came of it - presumably they were hoping I would forget. When I followed up, they claimed the refund had already been paid - it hadn't. When I pointed that out to them, they claimed I wasn't entitled to a refund - they are lying.They are scammers and fraudsters, nothing more.
