I just got charged TWICE for an annual subscription to Shutterstock via auto renew! I went to my Shutterstock account and discovered the SAME DOUBLE CHARGE happened exactly ONE YEAR AGO! (That one slipped by me.) I contacted Customer Support this morning and explained the problem asking for a refund on the double charges. The guy refused, and gave me a double-talk reason based on some obscure technicality that made no sense. I asked him to cancel my subscription immediately and that I never plan to come back. He told me that he cancelled my account. We'll see what happens next year and if I get charged again. BTW, I previously checked out their AI service, and it totally sucks; it's low rez and just horrible! So, to help readers of this review, let me happily recommend two ALT services, one for stock items and the other for AI imagery. For stock elements, you CAN'T BEAT ENVATO!!! AMAZING inventory!! For AI, the best I've tried so far is MIDJOURNEY via Discord. I've also tried Stable Diffusion, but I think MidJourney is way ahead of them at this point. If you're new to Discord and MidJourney, you'll need online video tutorials that are easily found.
