I accidentally signed up to the annual subscription service when I was browsing some photos/images and then was signed up for 12 months @ £22 per month. I tried to cancel but was told that I would have to pay a fee to exit and therefore had to pay £264 for a service I haven't used ever and have just asked someone to look into it for me and got fobbed off..I have now cancelled the subscription for the new year but that was only because I checked status! As a customer you should have the option to cancel a long term subscription at any point. Not happy at all and very annoyed.
