EDIT: Since taking this complaint further up, and speaking to a new customer adviser, Shopify have rectified the issue and have been very prompt in doing so. Unfortunately, it's a case of "a little too late" as the initial agent was so awful to speak to that my whole experience with them is tainted. I have changed my initial rating from 1 star to 3 stars to reflect my appreciation for them resolving the matter. Initial review: Horrible, incompetent customer service that makes the cost of the service completely irrelevant. They are very rude and take ages resolving issues. Please avoid, I've never had experience with a more rude set of customer agents.
