They should call it Scam Factory. My son ordered a mug from a vendor called Mug Fabrik, one of the many vendors using Shopify, on 3 December 2022. Delivery is indicated as 15-20 days. They took the money and never delivered anything. They ignore requests to customer service, and now he can't even log in to his account. The last time he looked, the article had not been indicated as shipped. There is no legal information on the company identity, registration and contact numbers or email addresses on their site.If Shopify welcomes scammers, fraudsters or just incompetent 'entrepreneurs', it'll quickly run its own reputation in the ground.Shameless behaviour.
