They didn't just mismanage my issue – they made it deeply personal. Instead of rectifying a blatant unauthorized charge from an app, they tossed me into an endless maze of miscommunication, ultimately crediting my dormant Shopify account instead of refunding my bank, which I explicitly requested. It's almost as if they took pride in frustrating their customers.Moreover, the audacity with which they advised me to chase an unresponsive app developer, while even they struggled to get a hold of them, was insulting. It's a slap in the face to any loyal customer. The sheer negligence and apparent disdain for genuine customer concerns has made it abundantly clear: Shopify cares more about passing the buck than genuine service.This ordeal wasn’t just an oversight; it felt like a direct affront. If your peace of mind and respect matter to you, I'd urge caution before diving into the murky waters of Shopify's so-called support.
