Unreliable e-commerce website!The website does not work and cannot be reached in a specific country. I have to check on all other countries as now I have doubts. I contacted support about 3 times so far. 3 hours spent chatting in total. Support is slow. One advisor ended the chat on me after I had been waiting for more than half an hour. Terrible! The matter was previously escalated to developers. They say the issue is solved- a week ago. It worked for 1 day and the same problem persists. My customers cannot reach my site and I am losing sales. Wrong choice of an e-commerce website. Very unreliable and not fit for a professional e-commerce company. To be avoided. I am still waiting for them to solve the problem. Shopify developers are not capable, diligent or serious enough to give solid solutions that hold. In the meantime, you lose sales and get a bad reputation.
