This has been horrible since day 3, the support always seems to take too long and the chat times out. You try to continue with email and they say they will get back to you, but never do.There were some attempts at fraudulent activity on my site, and I recognized them as such and did not approve anything and made no payments for the purchases to be shipped. When the CC companies challenged the charges I provided all the evidence that I recognized it as fraudulent and the CC found in favor of their clients anyway. Shopify did NOTHING to support me. This has been going on for almost a year now, and I still am out over $300.Shopify blame DSers, who blames the fulfillment service (AliExprss) who blames Shopify; and round and round it goes endlessly.Shopify SUCKS!!!!!!!
