EDIT: Shopify Support actually gave me steps and tips on how to resolve the problem. Unfortunately, I've already fixed the problem myself. But the ticket was "Escalated" to an upper level developers (I guess), so that helped a lot. The Technical Merchant Support Team started chatting with me and gave me the tips and steps needed. Giving three stars for their very late, but actual help with my problem.I would love to give 0 stars, but unfortunately I can't.Shopify's customer service is the worst "service" I've ever experienced. They are a disgrace. I can't believe this company still has paying users.I had a very specific issue that I couldn't resolve. Their customer support "agent" kept telling me how much their appreciate my patience and detailed explanation of the problem and not giving me a relatable solution in any way. At some point they just stopped replying me... and that's it! No more replying from them, no questions asked, the ticket is still "in progress". The ticket is one week old now. I can't believe what I am paying for.At the end, I managed to fix the problem myself. It took me a couple of days and a lot of trials and errors, which could have been doged if their support was adequate and helpful.
