0!!! Stars!! Worthless service for over 3 weeks!! No real human connection with customer service, form emails galore, with the same useless instructions in each. As you will have read of the other reviews, this site is glitch-tastic and the customer service is completely useless. Instead of admitting that they are having issues they have repeatedly said "all I have to do is follow these easy steps" I have done those steps over 10 times. Still no results. IN FACT, their site is now glitching differently each time it loads. The homepage failed to have a button on it for logging in ALL DAY yesterday, I had to google search to get to it. Also newest issue today, the top menu bar stacks and repeats. I saw their logo stacked like firewood 4 times down my screen. Nowhere in their customer service email did they address these apparent issues but they did say all you have to do is take these steps. It's an insult to their customers and to the service that they should be providing. NO apologies as of yet just more patronizing emails that say we see what's wrong with your account, do these things it'll work. IT DID NOT WORK, again. Should offer a refund to a small business that is surviving on orders being sent out. Not being able to send them out is not only a hassle but detrimental to our ability to stay open. How callous.
