I urge you to avoid Ship Station

I could write a long winded email on how bad ship station is and the amount of issues we have had since testing the solution.The support is non existent with a lot of "support" personnel working from home still.You can stay in a queue on live chat for hours or get your emails ignored.I urge you to avoid this company. It will make your delivery logistics so much harder to manage and if you get a problem you are on your own.
