horrible customer support, i signed up for a trial and amazon shipping was giving me and error.i called my "rep" a few times no answer emailed 2 times no answer. email support twice they finally answered after couple of days they can really answer because I'm not a subscriber. and amazon is still giving me the error and still waiting for my "rep" to call me back or answer me. canceled subscription,.
