Seatgeek sold tickets and didn’t give them.

My wife and her friend bought Sabrina carpenter tickets months ago to celebrate the both of them turning 21. The third party company selling the ticket through them dropped the ball and could not honor the tickets they purchased. Per this companies policy on the website, “If any of these things do not occur, we will work with you on a case-by-case basis to resolve any verified issue(s) covered by this Buyer Guarantee, by providing you with comparable or better tickets to the event, a refund or, subject to applicable law, a credit. Please contact SeatGeek immediately.“ they have been calling for days and they haven’t helped at all. It is currently the day of and we have been on the phone for hours and all they are offering is seats worse views or a refund. They are not allowing us to speak to a supervisor at all; claiming that there are no supervisors in the call room and that can take my call and they can only take call back numbers. As I’m writing this they have a refund without us asking to and they are trying to sell us different tickets at a worse price and a worse spot. They have a promo code but with the fees they are still trying to charge an additional 175$ on top of what they have already paid. I heard them laughing at us in the background and they are being uncooperative
