They are the worst and I hate having to write this but today I spent the whole afternoon trying to fix a wrong they did but canceling my 3 tickets for Moulin Rouge from Dec.5th and never even refunding me. So when I went to look for my tickets in the app there were none.I then spoke to a guy named Steve who was nice but not only could not resolve my problem… he actually made it worse.Thank God for Amex platinum business who refunded me for Dec.5th AND will block them for trying to get more money for re-buying the tickets today(Dec.26th) and them making the date mistake, then Steven apologized, said he could move my tickets for a hefty fee and then .. couldn’t and there were no good seats left anyway.
