Had to buy tickets at the venue as the seat geek tickets never got to my ticketmaster account. I talked with customer service while trying to get in at the venue and they couldn't help. had to buy new tickets at the door. I was told that even though the tickets never transferred to me that it was my fault and that they wouldn't even refund the fee's. One thing to note was when i bought tickets at the door, it was a lot cheaper! WTF
