These must be major scammers. I wasn't able to finalize the purchase of three tickets with Seat Geek on April 16; their website malfunctioned. Later in the day, we managed to get tickets from another platform.Today, I discovered that they billed me for three tickets that I did not receive. I did not receive even an acknowledgement that I had ordered the tickets. Today, I spoke at length with a customer service agent who assured me the matter would be escalated, and then cleared up. I heard nothing further. I've been scammed!!! How does one get their money back under these shady circumstances?
