Beware of SeatGeek!

We purchased MLB tickets about a week prior to the game. The morning of the game we still had not received our tickets. While we were driving the 3 hours to the game, we called Seat Geek customer service. They said they’d look into it and call us back. Never called back; we called again and they said the seller didn’t transfer the tickets so they’d have to refund. We ended up buying other tix on MLB.com and saw that other people were sitting in the seats we had purchased. NEVER AGAIN, SeatGeek. Horrible experience.
