Seatgeek unable to deliver the ticket

I was in Baltimore for the weekend, realized The Preakness was later in the afternoon. I went onto Seatgeek and bought a ticket I had been watching. I purchased the ticket, received an email acknowledging the purchase.This order email said the tickets would be delivered before the event. Being the day of, shortly after I received an email to accept the tickets via ticketmaster. The link would not work, received error, Opps, Something Went Wrong. I called SeatGeek support in front of Pimlico and that was answered after 15 minutes. I spent about 45 minutes on the phone with an agent who was having me open the link via different browsers and apps, etc... Same result each time, and each time they had me email the error into them.In the end, the two agents simply said, there is nothing else we can do, wait and see if it works. I waited an hour, the event was starting in another hour, tried to call back and nobody answered, so I eventually just left.I had to file a claim with the credit card company to get my money back, still working on that because they are saying I got the ticket. Just horrible, I am very tech savvy and could have received the ticket in any way possible, but they could only support it though a link to Ticketmaster and the link given as they say, from the seller must have been bad. Ok, then simply refund, but no.
