I purchases two WNBA tickets from SeatGeek. They sent them to me in a format that was incompatible with an Apple phone. I spend hours on the phone and emailing them to correct the problem. They just kept stringing me along saying they were looking into it. When I would not make it to the game after 7 hours of screwing around with them I asked for a refund. They refused to refund my money. Never got the tickets in a manner I couldDownload. Do yourselves favor and DO NOT purchase your tickets from this company. Worst customer service I have ever experienced.
