Accessing new audiobooks is limited, despite what they say, a bit cheeky, but I understand the need. However they have now just started removing access to most of my saved titles until next payment so I can no longer finish them. Customer service fudge saying they will be available soon - so what am I paying now for? The cruddy filler stuff and podcasts? There had been no decent uploads for an age and was about to cancel when there was a slew of new titles but I cannot access them. It seems to me like they can't actually afford to provide the service and don't want customers really using it. Btw, make sure you are logged out when you do a search because they hide results so you dont see audiobooks until after a recent payment, so shady. I just wish they were more up front and honest about the service they can offer. I would pay a bit more if it meant I could access the stuff I wanted to at will. It is a great model in theory, just too good to be true, if you are a frequent user. This was a luxury for me, and now a pointless and unjustifiable one and have cancelled. Fingers crossed I will not be one of the many on here who will still be charged.
