Worsted experience what I have. Customer service is below 0, absolutely incompetence from Samsung pro. Cell phone doesn’t work properly after less than 6 months. Lost a lot of my time with representatives on text and line. All the time was the same, send to repair center, technicians said can’t be fixed. Samsung customer service tell me I should have a insurance. How about factory warranty? No more Samsung products in my hands, share my experience everywhere and all the time.
