I have a washer dryer set from Samsung. In 6 years, I am on my 4th dryer and now my washing machine is leaking and making a banging noise. Called Samsung, sorry, I can’t help you. Our washers are made to last 7 years so we are so sorry. I have had nothing but trouble out of both of these appliances. I paid over $2000 for the washing machine. Save yourself a LOT of money and buy something other than Samsung. They do not stand behind their products. 7 years is laughable.
