SAMSUNG HAS THE WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE ON THE PLANET

If I could have selected ZERO STARS, I would have. I am 71 and have dealt with many Customer Service issues; most of which get resolved. The only product I purchased directly from Samsung was a watch in March 2022. Little did I know is this order would become the worst customer service experience I have ever had. After opening six Service Tickets with Samsung (wasting many hours of my time); the credit issue is still not resolved as of 9-24-22. Every Customer Service Representative lied to me after assuring me that the remaining $109 credit due will be issued ASAP. Samsung still owes me $109. Besides the credit issue, there are many other issues pertaining to what should have been a simple online order. There is not enough room to explain them in this post. Samsung has very devious order procedures including not being able to cancel an order within 24 hours of placing the online order; even though the shipment of the watch was not until 40 days after the order was placed. I had to wait for the boxes to show up at my house to refuse delivery (per the Customer Service Reps Instructions) to receive full credit. I refused the delivery at my front door four months ago (with Samsung's return receipt verified) and still have not received full credit. RECOMMENDATION: Save yourself a LOT of grief and never order Samsung products directly from them. There is a reason why they have such poor ratings on TrustPilot and other web sources.
